How to use :

• Heat food in the stainless steel pot on any cooktop
• Switch off heat, and place the pot back in to the insulated ouyter pot
• Close the lid, secured by a magnetic lock
• Let the cooker's heat retention cook your food without any extra energy
• Food stays hot for up to 8 hours, warm for up to 18 hours
